Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka from Minsk (the capital city of Belarus) She was the son of Sergey. Sergey, her father (who died in 2019) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk on 5 May 1998. Her career has seen her won twelve WTA singles titles, including an Australian Open Grand Slam at the 2023 Australian Open. As a specialist of doubles she has also won at the US Open of 2019 as and in the Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. Alongside the Belgian tennis player, she also won an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019 thus making her the Sunshine Double. Only four teams from women's doubles to pull off. She rose from second to third place in the World Singles Rankings at the end of August on the 23rd, 2021. Her best ranking was again achieved in January of 2023. In doubles however she pushed herself to the top of the list at the beginning of February that year following her victory in Melbourne becoming thus the second tennis player born in Belarus to be a part of this particular area. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis player, was her coach her from her 2018 season to the conclusion and this season in 2020. Dieter Kindlmann coached her briefly from August 2020 to September. Antonio Dubrov, her fellow countryman, has coached her since the year 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are among her greatest idols.
